She was making mehndi on her hands.. suddenly she closed her eyes and made a wish that may her mehndi turns out in good color.. what if this mehndi is old.. what if color wont come as she expecting.. she was a bit nervous.. people say the dark is the mehndi the deep is the love .. she so wanted to see the color of his love on her hands.. sounds silly but she is like this only.. whole night she was busy in taking care of her mehndi.. then finally at 4 am. she wiped it off.. it was looking yellowish.. and tears filled her eyes.. but she controlled herself and went to bed.. 7.15 she woke up and looked at her hands.. woo hoo!!! she jumped with joy.. her hands were looking beautiful with red mehndi..
She reached work and everyone was looking at her hands.. praising her art.. one of her colleague asked hey! today is karvachauth are you fasting too.. and she smiled..
Karvachauth a very special day.. something about it really fascinates her.. cant explain what.. generally married gals do it for their husbands.. she know by next year she will do this too.. but before doing for someone else she wanted to do this for her love.. for the one whose happiness matters to her most.. for the one whom she loved most and for one with whom she saw so many dreams.. who once asked her.. hey, you dont have to do these rituals ..i dont believe in them.. and she said.. but you said i can do anything that makes me happy .. and he smiled..
She came home cooked some special things of his choice.. dressed herself in red and black sari.. loads of bangles in hands.. kajal.. bindi.. and some light jwellery.. she left her hairs untied.. looked at herself in mirror.. and blushed as she saw him watching her..
After that she came in living room and sat in front of tv.. as she was waiting for her forever friend moon to come up and bless her beloved.. but it was a cloudy day.. she kept waiting.. waiting.. and finally around 10.15 she saw the moon for few secs and offered her prayers.. now she was missing him badly.. so wanted to talk to him.. to tell him.. but then.. she decided to sleep with those beautiful moments.. when she was in wonderland.. called LOVE.. *smiles*
