High heels...

Yesterday eve when i was out for shopping.. suddenly i heard a mom scolding her daughter.. "i told you not to wear heels for shopping.. see you are tired now.." and a teen age girl was standing beside her with a sad face.. its ok. mom she said slowly.. i smiled without looking at her and was lost in memories ..
I was 8-9 years old.. and was so adamant that i want high heel sandals for uncle's wedding but mom was like no you are too little for them.. ok.. iam not going to wear this lehnga then.. i declared.. finally after few talks and a long search i got 3" pencil heels.. off white in color with thin straps.. ooo my very first heels.. loved them.. i remember how i literally slept with them in my bed till wedding day :P ..many times i did cat-walk just to show mom that i can handle it perfectly :D wedding day arrived.. was so excited to dress up for the eve.. i was feeling no less than a cinderella with those sandals on.. walking very elegantly.. smiling.. and showing heels to other girls.. a wow! from them was worth all the fights with mom :D
Everything was going fine.. suddenly i was in hurry to reach the stage and one wrong step.. aah!!!! there i was... twisted feet.. broken sandals.. i looked around to see if mom there.. but damn she was right behind me.. with her.. "I told you na " look.. iam fine.. i said but pain was written all over the face and was ready to drop down from eyes any moment.. next moment big B offered me my flat sandals with a big grin :( ...and i watched those pencil heel sandals going to trash... *sigh*
So that was an incident from my "bachpan" but still my craze for heels is intact.. oh! ye.. i love heels.. infact i should say i hate to wear flats outside.. i wear flats only when i go to beach or when it suits to my dress.. as you know flats are in fashion too :P no iam not a fashion freak.. but yes! iam a "how i look" freak :P love to look beautiful all times.. i feel so comfortable in heels now.. it used to boost up my confidence.. when i was working with all 6' tall people.. :P heels go well with any dress.. but goes best with sari and lehnga.. *smiles*

i think one shuld have to upon those sandles/shoes in which they feel comfortable....:)

Wah wah wah !! Kya high-heels ke story hain. Madam jee ko bachpann se heroine banene ka shauk tha :P
I like heels on girls too but have heard its not good for your back. Anyways, story was very cool to read esp. the part where you fell...he he he.
